RETURN AND REFUND

We do our best to ensure that all of our products meet the high quality criteria our customers expect. However, some products sometimes go through our audits and inspections. Therefore, upon receipt of its order, the customer is required to verify the compliance of the Products received in execution of its order at the time of delivery.

In case of damaged packages, we ask you not to receive a damaged package (packaging bearing visible traces of opening and/or deterioration): it must be refused. In fact, packages leaving the warehouses of onparledevous.fr are always impeccable, and must be delivered to you in this condition. If no reservation has been made, we will not be able to take into account any disappearances, nor will we be able to make compensation.

Any anomaly concerning delivery such as:

  • missing products,
  • deteriorated products,
  • products not conforming to the order,

must be notified the same day of receipt or at the latest 3 days after receipt, to our Customer Service:

  • by email in the «Contact» section for individuals
  • by telephone at +33(0)1.40.28.18.19 (Tuesday to Friday, 10am to noon and 2pm to 5pm).
  • by registered mail, by writing to the following address: E-boutique ON PARLE DE VOUS SARL – 111, boulevard de Sébastopol – 75002 Paris

Please include as many details as possible concerning the order and the problem encountered with the products concerned.

After this deadline, and unless there is a hidden defect, no claim will be accepted by ON PARLE DE VOUS, the Products being deemed compliant, and ON PARLE DE VOUS will be released from any liability.



ON PARLE DE VOUS reserves the right to ask the customer to return the defective product. If the above conditions are met, SPEAKING OF YOU will then exchange, issue a credit note, refund the defective product(s), or redirect the missing product(s) (subject to the merits of the purchaser’s request).

For any non-conforming Product return, the Customer must follow the following procedure:

Log in to your customer account and complete the return form accessible from the customer area - Section «History of my Orders».
Once completed and validated, you will receive a confirmation by email including a return confirmation. For an order in France a free return voucher will be issued, print it to attach it to your parcel. For an order outside France, the return is the sole responsibility of the customer and will necessarily be carried out by registered delivery with acknowledgement of receipt (or letter followed against signature) otherwise the loss of the products during return transport cannot be taken into account.
Drop the package in the relay point and follow the instructions. Our customer service is at your disposal for any question.

Products must be returned in their original packaging in perfect condition of resale (shoe box, plastic pouches ...), with their label and any accessories, in an impeccable condition to the following address: E-boutique ON PARLE DE VOUS SARL – 111, boulevard de Sébastopol – 75002 Paris. Returns of clothes washed and/or worn, as well as damaged boxes will be refused.

For all returns, please keep the supporting documents. Make sure your return is properly packaged to avoid damage to products or boxes.


Once the non-compliance has been found, ON PARLE DE VOUS will offer the Client either:

replacement of the Product(s) at the expense, either
reimbursement of the price of the order (price of the Products), at the latest within thirty (30) days from the date of dispatch of the notification of the confirmation of the non-compliance by the customer service of the site ON PARLE DE VOUS.
In the event of a refund, ON PARLE DE VOUS will guarantee the refund of all products made compliant, with the exception of taxes and customs duties paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

In case of abnormal or abusive claims, ON PARLE DE VOUSmay refuse to serve a subsequent order. 

 

 

RETRACTATION



Only orders placed on www.onparledevous.fr can be returned or exchanged by ON PARLE DE VOUS. The Customer has 14 working days from the date of receipt of its order to return the Products ordered, without justification or penalty.


To return the product you do not wish to keep under the provisions of Articles L 121-16, the following procedure must be fully complied with:

Subject to the above mentioned conditions, ON PARLE DE VOUS will refund the TTC amount of the order to the Customer. The Customer’s bank account will be credited with the said amount, within 30 days from the receipt of the Products by ON PARLE DE VOUS.
